Brian French, Managed Services Director
Brian is responsible for the day-to-day Managed Services operations of PTG, as well as supporting customer’s desktops, servers and phone systems. He strives to anticipate the customer’s needs and proactively meet them.
Brian has grown up with computers, so much so that his first major purchase was a PC at the age of 15, and has remained a PC enthusiast ever since. Brian has taken that love for computers and he applies it daily in developing complex solutions for Phoenix Technology's clients. With Brian’s extensive knowledge of computer systems he has been instrumental in the integration of a robust remote management and monitoring system that ensures that PTG clients are taken care if in a proactive fashion.
Brians extensive experience has been with companies like GE, Packard Bell, AT&T, Sun Microsystems, Lucent Technologies (now Avaya) where he has lead his teams to great success.
